We have a large on-site projector screen. You’re welcome to play your own music through our sound system and an on-site microphone & speaker is available for speeches

Children are more than welcome at Serata Hall with no restrictions on curfew

HOW DO WE CHOOSE MY MENU?
We offer a fully equipped kitchen that can cater for all styles of events along with our own bespoke wedding menus. We are unable to accommodate outside catering but if there’s something specific you are after then let your dedicated wedding planner know and we’ll do our best to deliver it for you.
You can, of course, bring your own cake!

CAN WE PAY FOR CORKAGE?
If you would like to bring your own drinks, we charge a corkage fee which can be agreed with your wedding planner prior to the day. However, we have a full range of drinks ranging from Champagne and wines through to our award-winning range of gins and extensive cocktail menu.

CAN WE HAVE LIVE ENTERTAINMENT?
We allow all forms of live entertainment from Bands to roaming acts. Speak to your Wedding Planner about your ideas and they’ll you know what works best in the space

CAN I HAVE MY CEREMONY AT SERATA HALL?
We do not currently have a licence for wedding ceremonies at Serata Hall

DISABILITY ACCESS
Our Venue is fully accessible with accessible toilets on the ground level

IS THERE STORAGE AT SERATA HALL?
Due to our limited storage space at Serata Hall we are unable to store anything too large. We are able to store left over bits for pick up the next day. If you do require an extensive set-up/pack-down, we can help you arrange that (although additional charges may apply)

PAYMENT TERMS
Pricing on application based on season and dates. To confirm any booking, we require a 10% deposit of your minimum spend plus your hire fee. Then, 8 weeks before your booking, 25% of the minimum spend is payable with the final balance due 3 weeks prior to your big day.

SERVICE CHARGE
A discretionary service charge of 7.5% will be added to your overall spend
