CALLING ALL HOSPITALITY PRO’S

As part of the pizzeria team, your role is to support in the running of the kitchen, working closely with the team to ensure that we are always serving the best pizza to our guests. We have an extensive Italian menu with our own recipes which are all developed and cooked from scratch each day. Preparation is a key role within our business. There are no microwaves and no freezers. Our pizza is Neapolitan in style with ingredients imported from Italy. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is also looking to cross-train or work towards becoming a Head Chef.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS PIZZA CHEF YOU WILL BE....

Making sure all necessary preparation is done for your section. Making dough each day. Supporting the head chef and sous chef in day-to-day tasks. Ensuring that kitchen operates in timely way that meets our quality standards. Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to specification. Awareness of and understanding of dietary requirements, allergies, and intolerances of our customers. Following food safety legislation at all times.

Albion & East operates upscale urban bars with wood-fired artisan pizza, humble social food and in-house bakeries. Cocktail bars and banquet halls of old reclaimed decadence, offering coffee and hot-desking by day, cocktails and pizza by night for the revellers, and an Italian feast for those seeking weekend brunch. We distil our own small batch gin at each site and offer gin blending & cocktail masterclasses too.

Salary up to £15.5 per hour
