You will blend, bottle and name two of your own gins to take away, with the guidance of our distiller, Todd.
The class also includes five drinks as well as 400mls of you bespoke gin to take home. Allow two hours.

Enjoy your first G&T whilst Todd, our distiller, talks you through your class.
HISTORY OF GIN
Todd will walk you through the history of gin and introduce our gin still, Agnes, who makes our small batch Serata Hall gin.
TONIC TASTING
Taste four mini gin & tonics each made with a completely different style of tonic. See which style you prefer.
BOTANICALS
With a cocktail in hand, get to know the flavours and complexities of the range of botanicals you will be using to blend your own small batch gins.
BOTANICAL TASTE TEST
Test gins blended with different botanicals to pick your preferred flavours for your gins.
BLENDING YOUR GIN
Blend two 200ml bottles of your own small batch gins. Todd will help you measure, weigh and balance each of your two gins to make sure they taste amazing. Perhaps mix it up with one spicy gin and one floral gin?
BOTTLE, WAX SEAL & NAME
Bottle your gins, seal & stamp them with wax and make your bespoke labels (naming your gins and date-stamping)
FINALE To finish, kick back with a G&T, enjoy our quick-fire quiz and pack your gins away in your goodie bag and to take home.
